Red....

Had a busy day  which ended up with a visit to the orthopedic doctor (after the pains in my leg for the past few weeks!).  He had a look at my x-rays, we did a mini workout in his office so that he could see if I could move (he told me I was very supple for my age lol!).  Anyway...the x-rays show an onset of arthritis in the hips....so I have to keep moving!!  The funny thing is that since I went to the doctor I have had no more pain!!
