Splashback!

It started with a splashback. Marlane has been looking at various types, different materials, colours, pictures. She finally plumped for this tile effect but it was quite fiddly as she had to cut some to fit the space. She did a very good job of it.
However, this led on to painting the whole kitchen. In my younger days I'd have just kept going and it would have been done in a day/night. I think this is going to stretch over about 3 days, including the utility.
I must be honest though, she's been talking about the kitchen needing painting for about a fortnight, I've just pretended I didn't hear!
We are doing it together though, it's not just all about me.
