Calton Hill

Our internet was successfully and efficiently installed this morning so we had some clearing up to do. We had diligently cleared the areas around the current hub and phone lines but it turned out we had to move things in the dining room to allow the fibre into the house. The drill to go through the stone was very impressive and the fibre is much smaller than I realised. Once activated the speed increased by about 3 times to nearly 150mbs for downloads and more than 30 for uploads. I went out for a walk in the late afternoon and despite the cloud and breeze it was warm. I didn’t take many shots but liked this one from Calton Hill.
