A day in the road

Well we left at 7:30 am and arrived at 6 pm with an hour break for lunch. It sure felt like a long day driving. Which I guess it was.

We are at Lauralea’s mom and dads for the night as we make our way across the prairies. Some places the grain isn’t ready to be harvested and other places it’s already off the fields.

Today was a high of 5C so it was probably the coldest day since this summer yet. It was mostly overcast as well which meant that the sun wasn’t in our eyes all day.

I’m glad the day is nearly over, I’m done.
