Summer shindig

A real estate company we have dealt with had a party at the park today for clients and families.  The weather was hot, but not as hot as it has been, and there was a nice breeze. The girls had fun playing carnival-type games, getting balloon animals, and snow cones.  Husband is in line (red shirt) for J Dawgs, yummy hot dogs from a local business.  They really are the best.   The scenery was great, too.
I made a batch of pear cinnamon jam today, working on the harvest from yesterday. More to go! But not today! ;)
Today was Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer.  Cooler weather is on the way tomorrow.
