Just give me some Space!

This was Sunday evening - usually one of the quietest days in Cornwall.  I decided to go to Mevagissey, thinking that the tourists would have gone home and the locals would be getting ready for school and work in the morning.

I was wrong!  Mevagissey at 6.30 pm was packed!  And the worst part was that whole families would walk abreast and not give way - on narrow harbour footways where the only option to avoid them and keep a distance would be to walk into a wall or step into the harbour water!

Finally I found an area where there were no people - the clue was in finding a place the furthest away from the still-open food and drink outlets.  I needed that space!
