Gorgeous Gladiolus

No idea what's going on with me......was so tired, had walked +20k steps yesterday, went to bed just before midnight, woke up at 2.12 awake until 4, then the builders descended at 8.20 :-/

Had to pop into town this morning for a few groceries, then into Reds for a coffee and a bite to eat.

Back home, hub drove, I walked, in time for our Zoom meeting with our Patient Panel colleagues with our GP & Practice Manager.

The rest of the afternoon has been spent in the garden........this little gladiolus looking lovely with its droplets against the water.

The sun came out late afternoon so we sat reading for a while, it was really quite warm.
I had to smile to myself, I've been using a "folded sheet of paper" as a make shift book mark......I realised its last Novembers Boarding Pass from our return flight....not going to be holding one of those any time soon :-(

A light dinner this evening, a bowl of home made vegetable soup, with a roast beef sandwich......I think ;-)

Middle sons birthday today.....not that hes overly celebrating being 42 ;-)

Hubs just put the cricket on so thats our viewing for the next hour or two dorted, followed by the football no doubt, good job I enjoy watching Sports eh :-D
