The upstairs shower stopped working last week, I called Mira and they agreed it was within warranty and would send an engineer out. He came today and gave the recasting news that it had failed due to incorrect installation and therefore wasn’t covered.

‘Luckily’ he had an identical replacement on the van so was able to swap it over - at great expense - but at least the upstairs shower is working again!!
