Cladding

I was speaking to my sister about the current trend for cladding property in UPVC, whether this was an 'Essex thing' and whether in a decade or 2 it would be torn off in the way that stone cladding was before it.

This house is the first I've seen near me where the owner is seemingly covering the whole property in in. Usually it is limited to the top half or a portion.
