Day 175

Forgot to blip yesterday and when I remembered I was too tired
A busy morning. Dropped Yasmine off at the gym, went to bookers for cleaning materials for the church, went to Egham to drop off books at the hospice shop and then did some shopping in Waitrose which was almost empty. Had some lunch and went to the midday communion service at St Johns Egham. First time for 6 months and it felt very safe and it was good to take part in collective worship. It just felt good and liberating .
Once home I made a meatloaf for tea and delivered said cleaning items to the church. In the garden I spotted the sunflower head under the bird feeder. We have enjoyed this flower along with many other of Gods creatures . The birds dropped the seed which grew. We enjoyed  the flower And now the seeds will be enjoyed by The  birds and no doubt resident mouse and as I touched it the ants popped out
