Bonnington Road

In my rush to leave the allotment yesterday I couldn’t find my secateurs. It was bothering me, so on the way home from the school delivery I went and lifted a big pile of spiky prunings. Just where I suspected.

Also : stupidly started making beetroot pickle before breakfast. Lovely spicy recipe, but imagine cutting a kilo of beetroot into 3mm cubes at 6.00.
