Conkers

That time of year for conkers. Noticed these on the way to get a coffee this morning.

Reminded me of school days. We had a good tree for conkers across from our house. Was telling Jen of the school rules where I grew up including ‘strings’, ‘stamps’ and some rule that let you smash your opponents conker on the floor - I think that was if they hit your knuckles or something.
