A Grand Day Out

Margaret and I visited the National Trust Property called Erddig today. We took our chairs and picnic. We stopped at a lovely garden Centre on the way (I bought too much!) Then had our picnic on the grass by the car when we arrived at there. Loved the front of the house with the Virginia Creeper looking resplendent. A fabulous walk around the gardens then a lovely woodland and field walk, all told 5.6 miles!!! Exhausted now but a great day.
