Dangly pods

An ok nights sleep, woken earlier by the binmen, then the builders, then neighbours opposite getting in their vans off to work, then other,p opposites children going to school, who knew between 7-9 could be so noisy lol ;-)
Perhaps we should go to bed at a reasonable hour :-/

A grey drizzly chilly morning, just 13 degrees. A drive into town, post office, papershop, coffee shop, of course ;-) spent a leisurely hour before driving to Leigh for hubs blood test appointment. Prior to that we called into the indoor market, fruit and veg purchased and I got a black top that I had previously seen ;-)

Nurse had no problem finding hubs deep set veins, he was in and out in 20 minutes, all very organised, I sat in the car with my book.

Back home, a quick garden blip.......I like the velvety fur on these wisteria seed pods, which follow the lovely flower chians earlier in the year. They will start to drop off over the next few weeks.......if I wanted another wisteria I would have a go at geowing one from seed, as its a lovely variety, as you might recall :-)

Dinner tonight was grilled gammon with pineapple AND egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, garden peas and corn on the cob :-)

A pretty uneventful kinda day.......lots of hand sanitising, mask wearing......by the majority, but not all :-/
