Nat

A fairly packed day today. I was up at eight to get an appointment at the doctors. I got a fairly early one so went and got some pain killers for my back.

Then it was off into town. I had to help Nat with a software install, then sort out some bank stuff and buy some decent coffee. I even managed time for a visit to the spa.

I would have been home early-ish but the bus got stuck in horrendous traffic.

Helping Roz with the room move now, but thankfully there's no more heavy lifting to be done.
