Jess’ Wedding

Yesterday, our beautiful niece got married in Oz, and we weren’t able to be there!!!

She waited and waited for Mr Right to come into her life and finally the wait is over. Their story is wonderful and we are all so happy for her. Her mum sent some pics so we could be part of it. These were received today. Not my photo, but I really wanted to journal Jess’ marriage. We wish Jess and Todd the happiest of marriages.

Later in the afternoon, we had a meeting with friends in the village to discuss funeral/cremation arrangements for our friend who passed away on Friday. His wife is completely lost and extremely distraught and can’t think straight. We still can’t believe he’s gone!

In life .... there is joy and sadness, and sometimes you have to deal with both at the same time.
