Chicken breast with Italian lemon infused olive oil, zucchini with roasted red peppers, salad, and English cheddar. Wine: Château de la Roulerie Chenin Blanc 2018.

This was a very pleasant dinner, and the wine is a favorite Loire white we haven’t had in quite a while.
