Good conservation.

Our local National Nature Reserve has benefitted from an extensive programme of landscaping in the past couple of years. This has been designed to preserve the rather special flora around the edge of a lake.

The final part of the scheme is almost finished. This involved restoring an old stone building which had lost its roof and was in a very delapidated state.

My blip shows the restored building which will be used as a bird hide looking out on the lake.
