Light and dark

This was quite strange to blip.  It's a cygnet feather (down, really).  I've been meaning to use it for a few days.  What made it a challenge is that it really did change tone near the root, from dark to light.  As, presumably, the cygnet itself is beginning to change into a suit of adult plumage. 

Difficult, though, not to give the impression I simply failed to control the light - oops!

Nothing else to report.  After my lovely day yesterday I've been rather tired - almost you could say low -  so have had a lot of time sitting around reading.  It's not a bad way to spend the day  ;))
