Day 255/20 Mother and Child Parking Space

At the maternity hospital the only parent and child parking spaces are for adults wearing skirts.. I guess this is mothers only as I've not seen any fathers in skirts coming into the hospital. Maybe it is OK for men wearing kilts.

Would it take much effort to get a gender neutral template?
