Kafir Lily

This morning the weather was appalling ..... very heavy rain and blustery winds.

I made two visits before meeting L for coffee..... local Salvation Army charity shop and the council tip which is now more or less back to normal operating.

Things picked up  a bit in the afternoon and we had some sunshine and patches of blue sky but by then many of my Kafir Lilies had taken a battering but one or two flowers still remain intact.
