Cliffe Park Hall

I met a friend today and we walked all around Rudyard Lake. We passed this derelict hall on the return leg of the walk at the north end of the lake. It's had a variety of owners and uses in it's life including a golf club house and youth hostel.

It was a beautiful day with pleasant warm sunshine. We had a good catch up and a surprise lunch cooked by my friends hubby too!
