Not such an ugly duckling

The swans on our local loch had three cygnets last year which we have been watching grow during our daily walks with the dogs. The cygnets are starting to mature now and are gaining their adult plumage. Not so ugly now eh! I thought that I would capture their transition phase in today's blip.
