Spot the Stick
So I met my mum this morning and we took Dexter for a good long walk. After chasing him around and throwing sticks around for him to catch we picked up the pace because the wind was getting stronger and the rain was falling faster. As the car came into view I got the message I'd been dreading.
My lovely wonderful aunt is free from her suffering and pain. She fought so hard to beat the cancer and stayed so positive and strong throughout. I am so glad that I got to see her over the weekend and I am glad that she is now at peace.
I have used this picture as my blip because I know she'd like it, it would make her smile and it was taken before we knew. I'm so glad I was with my mum when the news came, I don't know what I'd do without her and I hope I don't have to find out for a long time. I can't imagine how my gorgeous little cousins will cope without their mum, but they have one of the best dad's in the world and I will make sure that I'm one of the best big cousins for them.
