Wild swimming

I had been hearing about wild swimming from friend R for some time and today was the day. We set off to Lake Windermere and then gently strode into 15 degree water. After the initial shock it was actually quite pleasant and lack of fitness was more of an issue than the cold. The best bit was going tor breakfast afterwards :-))
