Not A Pan - Cake

It's a Cherry and Almond.

We have no frying pan, only a wok. We wok everything that needs frying. I had no energy tonight for pancakes, so my excuse would be that I have no frying pan.

I do have a recipe for vegan pancakes, which I might try out at the weekend for Mr H.
