Three stages

Flower (not fully open), seed pod, and spent seed pod, all on the same plant. Last winter's 'winter' pansies are coming to an end, after flowering through winter, spring and summer! So many pansy flowers that I didn't bother with any summer bedding plants for the 'yard this year.
