Three Forth Bridges
J and I decided to escape from the slightly locked down west of Scotland and head East to the less restricted North coast of the Forth Estuary and the village of Limekilns. Only my second visit to this pretty little village, the last time was work related so did not spend time sightseeing. First off was coffee and cake at one of three eateries in the village, with a forth opening on Monday, setting us up for a walk along the coastal path towards Rosyth. It was showery and blustery at times but the promise of better views of the three Forth bridges kept us going and did not disappoint although somewhat obscured by the cruise ships berthed at Rosyth. Back to
Limekilns for lunch, getting back home in time for a wine delivery, happy days.
