Lörtsy dealer

There is a Seasonal Market in Lappeenranta on this weekend at our harbour square and I met this lady Sirkka from my home town Savonlinna selling her bakerys products with her assistant.

She has been privat entrepreneur since 1976 and stongly running her business all these 44 years. One of the company's main products is lörtsy, which about I blipped about month ago. Today I bought four meat and four apple versions of that tarditional pie and got one free baking for this photo :)

If you ever visiting in Savonlinna, it's worth to visit in her café kiosk at local market square, which is also located right beside the Lake Saimaa in the heart if the town. There is also a café in her bakery, which is locating in other place.
