...for tea...

A nostalgia trip. I used to go mackerel fishing off Mousehole in Cornwall - it's incredibly exciting when you hit a shoal - you can't pull your hooks up fast enough.

Choose a couple for you & your partner - there is nothing so delicious as fresh mackerel fried in butter & served with a little black pepper! Gut all the spare ones, nip them up to the smokery & pick them up the following day. Pop them in the freezer & you've got deliciousness for months to come.

The fillets pictured above are the next best thing - they're still "finger -licking" good & will provide me with smokey, fishy sandwiches for days to come!
