And relax
Tonight I went to a Contact a Family training session about stress and relaxation. I came away having learned 3 things:
1. I am not just a little bit anxious
2. If my difficulties were relating to my physical health instead of my mental health I would probably be dead now (and not because I haven't sought help, but because I've never seen the same doctor on more than 2 consecutive visits in the last 3 years due to staff turnover...)
3. It's going to take more than a scented candle and a bit of deep breathing to fix me
So, having been told that caffeine and alcohol will only make things worse what am I going to do???
