Dungeness

We’ve been meaning to go to Dungeness for ages and finally got round to it today. We walked along the shingle, past all the old boats, paid a visit to Derek Jarman’s Prospect Cottage, checked out the nuclear power station, and had fish and chips for lunch at the Brittania. Then we did a circuit of the RSPB reserve and finally went to see the Denge sound mirrors before returning home this evening via the scenic route. An excellent day out!
