Latin - can you read this?

So my boyfriend sent me the pope's resignation speech today which is entirely in Latin. As I am a classics student he wanted to know whether I could read it!
Also I answered 4 questions on university challenge yay!
Rest if day has been work, wrote quite a lot but it's still not quite right. Will hopefully send this tomorrow! Though it will be Greek I'm translating tomorrow not Latin.
I would have blipped a pic of my pancakes but I ate them. Like father like daughter!
Swam half a mile, 25 mins. Busy pool, kicked someone in the head by mistake. Not going at 5pm again!
