One of several groups of boat sheds at Titahi Bay Beach, near Wellington, NZ.

Yesterday my blip was taken looking across the sea from Paremata towards Titahi Bay and today you can see a glimpse of one side of the peninsular. 
This beach is open to the elements and currents of the notorious Cook Strait which separates the North and South Islands of NZ.

Wellington was living up to its reputation this afternoon - trying to stand on the high point of Whitireia Park Reserve was almost impossible!
