Tried to save the Queen

It's been very windy the last few days, and this queen of my poor garden had fallen in the storm... :'(

I wanted to take it inside just to enjoy of its beauty for even a few days, and at the same time I'm grieving bc it didn't get to live longer outside. It would have been so useful for so many pollinators and later providing the seed for many birds.

Well, next summer I'll try to be wiser, and plant my sunflowers somewhere else where it's less windy and more solid ground.
