Pain!

When the top of your right foot is hurting and you have absolutely no idea what you did to cause the pain! yep, that's me today! It started hurting last night so I've had the ice pack on it and been resting it as much as possible! So I must have knocked it at some point but have no memory of the moment! Helpful!

A gloriously sunny sunday which has been full of reading in the garden and watching sport on tv! And I think that's the plan for the rest of the day too! Lots of flutterings in the garden today by bees, butterflies, hoverflies and dragonflies - only the hoverfly consented to having his pic taken!
