Summer on toast

Preparing Habbie's version of Bruschetta using fresh tomatoes straight from the greenhouse fried gently in olive oil with garlic and basil to be added. The usual ciabatta not available so its Hovis toast substituted. Milady approves and with the glut of toms there will be more of this starter/lunch.
