Cookery school
Had a lovely day at Daylesford cookery school with my son. A birthday present last year, and I decided to gift him one too. We’ve had to wait a long time for it, but it was very enjoyable. We made panna cotta, cheese soufflé and pan fried pollock with a brute blanc sauce. It was delicious, along
with the odd glass of rose! Nicely presented, and we learned some good things. Mark, Jess and Henry went to the Cotswolds wild life park where Henry encountered rhinos and meerkats.
