Munlochy bay

It was a very windy night and a windy morning but we decided to go for a walk once the rain had stopped and the sun came out.
We had a take away soup from the cafe first and then went in search of some blackberries. We had a nice walk towards Ormonde Hill . Not many blackberries really and those we picked were quite small. Saw a few butterflies enjoying the heat from the stones. We found a path that took us down near the water but a locked gate meant we could not go any further.
The sea looked like mercury. Saw a gull harass a cormorant that had caught a large fish.
We have slightly different rules from England, still the six only gathering but only allowed from two households and children under 12 are not included. Face coverings to be worn in restaurants and cafes when moving around.Just hope that’s it for now as will be really upset if we can not head South in a few weeks !
