Hen pecking

The birds are pecking each other too much. When we got back from our holiday in Pembroke, the hens didn’t look well at all. I suspect that the neighbour didn’t let them out much or feed them often enough. Normally the husband cares for them well, but because of a family tragedy, he wasn’t there and his wife looked after them (or didn’t look after them ...)

I ordered some premiere bird food which is supposed to not have too much wheat in it - but it does.
