Coffee treat

Becky and Daniel took Archie out this morning, though the weather didn’t look too promising. But by the afternoon, it was sunny and warm. And very windy.

I was lured out for a walk in the afternoon with the promise of a coffee at my new favourite venue. Archie resisted coming in, but he was swiftly ‘persuaded’. There was a live band playing at the cafe in the Meadows.

On the way home we called in to see Rufus and his mum. They have a magnificent new fireplace and remote control gas fire. 

Watched the Tour de France again. How on earth can they keep pedalling all day? And then speed up at the end? Amazing athletes.

Just watching ‘Extinction: The Facts’. Very shocking, and very very depressing.
