Eggs, Flour & Milk

Really people, you DO NOT need ready made batter, I'm all for cheating a bit to make cooking quicker for the busy working person, but there is no need for such things with pancakes. You're going to be cooking the thing in a frying pan, it will need washing up, that will take longer than making the batter yourself!

And is it a third off because the bottles are only a third full? If you're going to buy ready made stuff surely you want a whole bottle?
