Pancake Day

Day 6 of work today preparing for VIP visits, A 6 mile run, food shopping, cleaning of the kitchen...I finally got to relax at 9pm!

Hubby was out playing 5-a-side so held off for him to get home before we tucked into our pancakes. Pretty successful; None landed on a cat and the pan did not set on fire!

Oh and it just has to be lemon and sugar!
