Headed to church in the ridiculous rain. I looked like a drowned rat when I got there... I could tell by everyones sympathetic faces. I actually knew most of the songs we sang today, which is a miracle.

Me and I skipped student lunch and just chilled out for a few hours before Clare came. We never hear when she knocks on the door so she just lets herself in and merrily comes downstairs and knocks on my door.

We spent the evening making cupcakes for tomorrow, filling them with jam and lemon curd and icing them. They didn't look very glamourous but they tasted so good.
