An Apple a Day keeps............

.......the Doctor away, .....as 'they' say.

     A very warm and sunny day, to hot to work the w/shop today, but instead pottering around the garden.  It will not be long before I pick these either!

     In the extras are a couple of  varieties of Alstromerias growing in some pots.

Other news. 
     We have had our road closed as we live very near a railway bridge to allow pedestrians and cyclists only to pass under, but even with the barriers there which are well signed, some motorists come down the road, and Actually move the barriers out of the way to drive through and then put them all back in place. Daft and selfish. Complaints have been lobbied to Hampshire CC about to make the barriers stronger and heavier. The road is at present access only which all the residents are enjoying. No traffic and is really rather peaceful. 
We all want it to be made permanent. We shall see about that!!!!
