In theory, it seems like a good idea. Order online, take advantage of the free drop-off, the cats get fed, and everyone is happy. Well, that is the theory.

In practice, the cat food is delivered by helicopter and dropped on your doorstep from around 100 feet. This results, inevitably, in some of the cans being damaged. 

It's a small price to pay for convenience. Thank you PetSmart.
