Congratulations to Beck, who ran her first Half Marathon today! She should have been in Newcastle on the Great North Run but had to do it virtually instead. Harry and I were on support duties, which is to say we wandered over to the Country Park with water and bananas, hid in the long grass from other dogs, took a few photos and then wandered back to sort out the celebratory bacon and egg butties...
