Dew

I had a walk round the garden this morning before going into the village to do some in bloom tidying. The dew on this rose looked lovely in the morning light. 
The cats next door left me the remains of a rather large mouse on my drive which I had to remove before going out. 
It was lovely working in the village but very hot and sweaty. When I got home I started on my garden removing the last sweet pea plant. Then I had a lovely read in the sunshine.
What a gorgeous day, so good to make the most of this nice weather.
