Shrove Tuesday...

Pancake day is one of my favourite days of the year - I LOVE pancakes, and they always remind me of home. Pancake day is a big thing at home.
I have mine with just icing sugar. It has to be icing sugar because thats how Mummy R made them for me ever since I can remember. Makes me miss home.

I decided I would blip the starting products. The finished product never lasts long enough!

I'm blipping soooooo late today - I was at a friends devouring pancakes all evening. There was a big group of us so it was nice to sit and chat all evening.
