Things that make me wonder...

I headed off to SW London for a dental appointment today. My instructions said not to arrive early, but I did so I had a wander around the nearby streets, where I spotted my blip. 
Did the householder stencil the message or has Wimbledon got a phantom stenciller…..who knows?
